The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the 11th week of the 2026 softball season.  Salisbury's Karlie Wolfe picked up C2C Player of the Week honors, while Christopher Newport's Caroline Alger repeated as C2C Pitcher of the Week.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Karlie Wolfe, Salisbury

Salisbury senior Karlie Wolfe, a Chaptico, Md. native, posted a .600 batting average through four games for the Sea Gulls, who posted a 3-1 record on the week with two wins over Catholic and a split with CNU.  Wolfe blasted six home runs, one in each game against Catholic and two in each game against CNU. She totaled 12 RBIs on the week on nine total hits with a 1.867 slugging percentage.

PITCHER OF THE WEEK: Caroline Alger, Christopher Newport

Christopher Newport sophomore Caroline Alger upped her record to 6-0 on the year by earning the victory Sunday in the opening game CNU victory over Salisbury at Captains Park. Alger threw a complete game in a 5-4 win and allowed just one run over the first six innings. She ended Salisbury's comeback bid in the seventh with a strikeout, her fourth of the game, to give the Captains their seventh straight victory.

PLAYER: Olivia Miller, Christopher Newport

C2C HIGHLIGHTS

Christopher Newport freshman Olivia Miller led the Captains in a Sunday split with Salisbury by going four-for-six at the plate. Miller hit her fourth home run of the year in a four-for-four second game performance, a two-run shot. She knocked in three runs in all as CNU ended the regular season with a 27-11 record.
