The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the 14th week of the 2024-25 men's basketball season. Christopher Newport senior Jahn Hines took home C2C Men's Basketball Player of the Week distinction.

MEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Jahn Hines, Christopher Newport

Christopher Newport senior Jahn Hines led the Captains to an impressive 81-69 victory at Salisbury on Wednesday in their only game of the week. The 14th-ranked Captains got a game-high 23 points from Hines, who went over the 1,900-point mark for his career in the opening half. Hines, the third-leading scorer in CNU history, connected on eight-of-15 shots and converted on seven-of-eight shots at the foul line. The three-time All-American also pulled down five rebounds and an assist as CNU improved to 18-4 on the season.

Jay Randall, Mary Washington

C2C HIGHLIGHTS

Sophomore Jay Randall led Mary Washington to a split this week, averaging 16.5 points and shooting 76.2% from the floor. He scored 23 points on 11-14 shooting in a 73-71 loss a Marymount, before scoring 10 points on 5-7 shooting and providing strong defense in an 86-53 win over Salisbury. He collected six rebounds and three assists without a turnover this week.
