2026 All-C2C Softball Teams and Awards Announced
The 2026 Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) Softball All-Conference honors were released. Below are the recipients:
Player of the Year: Karlie Wolfe – Salisbury
Wolfe highlighted the individual awards as the player of the year. The senior, who started all 38 games for the Sea Gulls, leads the C2C in slugging percentage (.992), home runs (16), doubles (16), and RBIs (50) while ranking second in batting average (.454) and hits (54). In Division III, she is currently in the top five for home runs, home runs per game (.42), slugging percentage, and total bases (118).
Pitcher of the Year: Isabella Purdy – Salisbury
Purdy captured top pitcher distinction after a league-high 26 appearances. The Sea Gulls senior posted 10 wins with a 2.63 ERA which is second in the C2C. She struck out 35 in 82.2 innings pitched including 15 games started with three complete games and one shutout.
Rookie of the Year: Audrey March – Salisbury
March made a mark in her first season with the Sea Gulls ranking second in the conference in RBIs (40) and slugging percentage (.808). Additionally, she is third in the league in four other offensive categories - home runs (nine), doubles (11), triples (two), and total bases (84) - in 37 games played including 36 as a starter.
Scholar-Athlete of the Year: Katrina Swan - Christopher Newport
Swan, a psychology major, earned outstanding student and athlete merit. The junior is in the Presidential Leadership Program and has started 32 of 33 games for the Captains. She ranks third in the league in triples (two) and fifth in doubles (10).
Coaching Staff of the Year: Keith Parr - Christopher Newport
Parr received coaching honors for the second straight year and fifth time overall. He has led CNU since 2003 with one national title and a 763-226-1 (.771) record to date.
Player of the Year: Karlie Wolfe - Salisbury
Pitcher of the Year: Isabella Purdy - Salisbury
Rookie of the Year: Audrey March - Salisbury
Scholar-Athlete of the Year: Katrina Swan - Christopher Newport
