The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the 15th week of the 2024-25 women's basketball season. Christopher Newport senior Gabbi San Diego was tabbed C2C Women's Basketball Player of the Week.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Gabbi San Diego, Christopher Newport

Christopher Newport senior Gabbi San Diego scored a team-high 13 points as the nationally-ranked Christopher Newport women's basketball team improved to 23-1 on the season. In the win at Mary Washington, she was a perfect 6-for-6 from the free-throw line and added three shots from the field including one three-pointer. She dished two assists and added one steal and one rebound.

In Mount Mary's lone game of the week, a victory over Maranatha Baptist, India Lucas played an amazing all-around game, with 13 points of 6 of 14 shooting, 9 rebounds, 5 steals and 2 assists.
