The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the 16th week of the 2024-25 women's basketball season. Christopher Newport senior Camille Malagar claimed C2C Women's Basketball Player of the Week honors.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Camille Malagar, Christopher Newport

Christopher Newport senior Camille Malagar scored a team-high 17 points as the Captains went on the road and closed out the regular season with a 64-57 win at Salisbury. The Captains have won 17 in a row and finished the year with a 24-1 overall record. Malagar added three rebounds, two assists, and two steals. She scored six points in a pivotal fourth quarter, including the final two points of the game for the final margin.

Nicole Miller, Salisbury

C2C HIGHLIGHTS

Salisbury's Nicole Miller, the Medford, N.J. native, helped the Sea Gulls go 1-1 this past week with a win over Virginia Wesleyan and a tight loss against No. 8 CNU. In the win over the Marlins Miller posted 14 points. In the game against CNU, Miller tallied a career-high 28 points on 50 percent shooting from the three-point line.
