C2C HIGHLIGHTS
Salisbury's Jackson Inman slashed .375/.476/1.000 with three home runs, one double, five runs, and seven RBIs in the Sea Gulls' five games for the week. On Wednesday at Washington College he belted two homers and finished 3-for-5 with three runs and four RBIs. The next day against McDaniel he went yard again for his sixth longball of the season, just one back of his total from all of 2025… Mary Washington's Connor Hassan went 5-for-13 (.385) with three RBIs this week. Against #25 Randolph-Macon, Hassan went 1-for-3 with an RBI and a stolen base on Thursday. Against No. 18 Gettysburg, Hassan went 4-for-10 in two games with the second being a 5-3 win, stealing a base in the first game as well... Christopher Newport's Charlie Gunn appeared in both games this week and secured back-to-back saves. The sophomore reliever picked up a two-inning save against nationally-ranked Randolph-Macon, striking out a pair. Then, in Sunday's 6-3 win at Hampden-Sydney, Gunn came on and needed just two pitches to record the final out with the game-tying run at the plate. He is 3-for-3 in save opportunities this Spring and leads the team in pitching appearances with 11… Salisbury's Mason Walter went the distance in the Sea Gulls' 15-1 seven-inning win at Washington College on Wednesday, surrendering just one unearned run on two hits with three walks and three strikeouts. It marks Salisbury's first complete game of the season… On Saturday against Marywood, Regent's Will Maloney earned a complete game win giving up only 5 hits while striking out 3 in the 6-0 shutout.
