2026 NCAA Championship Bracket

The NCAA has released the 64 teams for the 2026 Division III Baseball Championship with Salisbury, Mary Washington, and Christopher Newport warranting at-large selections.

C2C Champion Salisbury hosts a four-team regional and plays Bridgewater State in the first round on May 15.  Mount Union and Hobart round out the four teams in Salisbury, Md. 

Mary Washington opens the regional against Pomona-Pitzer in Baltimore, Maryland.  Host Johns Hopkins faces Pfeiffer on the other side of the four-team bracket.

Christopher Newport plays Maryville (TN) in the first round.  Host Lynchburg and Penn State Behrend complete the four teams in Lynchburg, Virginia.

The tournament features 41 automatic qualifiers and 23 at-large bids.

Four teams will compete at sixteen regional sites Friday, May 15 - Sunday, May 17. Regionals will use a double-elimination format.

Winners of the sixteen regional tournaments will qualify for eight, best-of-three series at the super regionals, Friday-Saturday, May 22-23.

The eight super regional winners will then qualify for the pool play double-elimination championship at Classic Auto Group Park in Eastlake, Ohio, Friday-Thursday, May 29-June 4, 2026.
