Three Capital Athletic Conference teams and 46 individual student-athletes were honored by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) for their academic success during the 2007 season.

York College of Pa. was tied with Eastern University for third overall among teams with a 3.46 cumulative grade point average (GPA).  Salisbury University and St. Mary's College of Maryland were also among the 88 NCAA Division III schools to boast a 3.00 or better team GPA.

Individually, five CAC teams combined to place 46 players on the 2007 ZAG/NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad, led by St. Mary's College with 17 representatives on the team.  York had 14 players recognized, followed by Salisbury (eight), Wesley (four) and Hood (3).
