Christopher Newport’s Hailey Kellogg Claims C2C Women's Basketball Player of the Week Honors

The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the 16th week of the 2025-26 women's basketball season. Christopher Newport senior Hailey Kellogg took home C2C Women's Basketball Player of the Week honors.


WOMEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Hailey Kellogg, Christopher Newport

Christopher Newport senior Hailey Kellogg put together a gritty 38-minute performance at Mary Washington to lead the Captains to a 60-48 win on the road. The point guard was on the floor longer than any Captain in a regulation game since 2011 with 38 minutes played and led the team in scoring with a career-high 18 points. She finished 6-for-12 from the floor and added a perfect 6-for-6 at the free-throw line in the final two minutes to extend the lead in a close game. Kellogg also dished three assists and grabbed two steals in the game. In a win against Virginia-Lynchburg on Tuesday, Kellogg added 4 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists in just 15 minutes of action to close out the week averaging 11.0 points, 3.0 assists, and 2.5 rebounds per game

C2C HIGHLIGHTS

Nicole Miller, the Medford, N.J. native tallied 26 points for Salisbury while shooting 87 percent from the floor and perfect from downtown. She also added four rebounds, two assists, and two steals in the Sea Gulls 90-52 Senior Day win over Regent… In two games this week, Mary Washington's Juliona Mabie scored 22 points (11 PPG), knocking down all six field goals she took against Christopher Newport on Saturday. She recorded eight rebounds and four assists.
