In wins over St. Mary's, Southern Virginia, and Frostburg State, she averaged 2.80 kills and 1.80 blocks per set. Her finest performance came against Southern Virginia on Friday in a showdown between the last two remaining undefeated teams in league play. Against the Knights, she posted 11 blocks and 10 kills. With that performance, she became the first Captain to register double-digit figures in both categories in a single match since 2014. Her 11 blocks also equaled the fourth-highest single-match total in program history and the most ever in a four-set tilt. Along with her performance against SVU, she added a pair of nine-kill outings against St. Mary's on Wednesday and Frostburg State on Saturday. She also posted six blocks in the sweep over the Seahawks. With her performance during the week, she took over the conference lead with 90 blocks this year. For the weekend Venturelli totaled 72 kills, a hitting percentage of .279, 28 digs, and two double-doubles.
