Christopher Newport Sophomore Victoria Perry and St. Mary's Freshman Sydney Larkin Honored as CAC Women's Soccer Players of the Week
YORK, Pa. -- Christopher Newport sophomore Victoria Perry and St. Mary's freshman Sydney Larkin were named the CAC Women's Soccer Players of the Week for Sept. 15, 2014.

Christopher Newport sophomore Victoria Perry was awarded as the CAC Offensive Player of the Week after tallying an assist and a game-winning goal in a 1-0-1 week for the Captains. Perry assisted on the Captains' lone score in a 1-1 tie with Virginia Wesleyan, and scored the eventual game-winner in a 2-1 triumph over Roanoke.

St. Mary's freshman Sydney Larkin was honored as the CAC Defensive Player of the Week after recording 200 minutes of scoreless action in a 1-0-1 week for St. Mary's. Larkin made seven stops against regionally-ranked Catholic in helping the Seahawks to a 0-0 draw. She then added another seven saves in her second consecutive shutout as St. Mary's notched a 3-0 win over Methodist.
