YORK, Pa. -- St. Mary's senior Brooke Raab was named the CAC Women's Swimming Athlete of the Week for Nov. 25, 2014.

St. Mary's senior Brooke Raab was honored as the CAC Women's Swimming Athlete of the Week after capturing five gold medals in wins over Washington College and McDaniel. Raab won three individual events against Washington College, touching first in the 400 IM (4:44.61), 100 butterfly (1:01.53), and 100 breaststroke (1:10.20). Against McDaniel, she won the 200 IM (2:15.35) and the 200 breaststroke (2:31.26) while also teaming up to take second in the 400 medley relay. Her 400 IM time is tops in the CAC, while her times in the 100 butterfly, 100 breaststroke and 200 IM rank second in the conference.

Frostburg State placed 12th at the Franklin & Marshall Invitational ... Mary Washington was off last week and returns to action on Friday, Dec. 5 at the Gettysburg Invitational ... Marymount topped Randolph-Macon 115.5-89.5 to improve to 3-1-1 on the year ... Salisbury placed second out of six teams at the Swarthmore Invitational, led by sophomore Victoria Radcliffe's first-place finishes in the 500 freestyle (5:21.67) and 400 IM (4:51.06) ... York is off from competition until Jan. 16, 2015.
