Frostburg State Kaitlin Lemmert Named CAC Women's Tennis Player of the Week
YORK, Pa. -- Frostburg State senior Kaitlin Lemmert was selected as the CAC Women's Tennis Player of the Week for Oct. 14, 2015.

Frostburg State senior Kaitlin Lemmert was selected as the CAC Player of the Week after posting a 3-1 record on the week, including a pair of singles wins. Playing at No. 2 singles, Lemmerty registered straight-set singles victories against both Penn State Altoona and Goucher. She also earned a win at No. 1 doubles against Penn State Altoona with fellow senior Kayla Kirk.

NOTES AROUND THE CONFERENCE
The majority of CAC squads have now wrapped up their fall campaigns ... The Mary Washington doubles tandem of senior Shelby Harris and sophomore Kait Brogan were selected to play in the ITA Small College National Championships this Thursday and Friday in Sumter, S.C. ... Harris and Brogan will be the second seed in the eight-team event ... UMW will be making its first appearance at the event since the fall of 2007, when Becky Morse-Karzen and Stephanie Kurti advanced ... Penn State Harrisburg fell to Goucher, 5-2, and Susquehanna, 8-1, in the past two weeks.
