Mary Washington sophomore Teagan Young was selected as the CAC Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week after claiming first place honors at the Seahawk Invitational at St. Mary's on Saturday. The reigning CAC Outdoor Track Runner of the Year, Young's time of 23:41 led the Eagles to a second-place finish, behind only Division I George Washington.
